International Warehouse Park
International Warehouse Park will be located on the new airport connector road (now under construction) which is strategically located to allow easy access to Camana Bay, West Bay Road, the airport and eastern districts. Consisting of four buildings, each with five warehouse units. Each warehouse unit will be 1,250 square feet with a 375 square foot mezzanine, bringing the floor area of each to 1,625 square feet.

Our lessons learned over the years have been applied to the design and each warehouse will have:
- 14’ High, Insulated Roll-up Doors
- All Stainless Steel Screws
- Break-In resistant door locks
- Extra-long parking spaces are dedicated to each unit
- Open-cell foam roof insulation
- Floor Slab at 8’ above sea level
