Kingbird Warehouse Park is conveniently located in the heart of Industrial Park. With over 73,000 Square feet of warehouse space located on 5.5 acres, our facility gives you the flexibility to consolidate office, workshop and storage. We also specialize in document archiving and provide easy drop-off & file retrieval (Private and Secure).

As with all of our properties we provide 24 hour security surveillance, dusk to dawn lighting and professional management to ensure peace of mind.  Furthermore, our warehouses are constructed with 8” block partition walls and are rated for 150MPH wind speed. Insulation is provided via closed cell foam which helps regulate temperature, humidity and provides added protection. In addition to being 8.5 ft above sea level, all of our warehouses have 22’ high ceilings and unparalleled area to maneuver shipping containers for easy loading and offloading.
